This film investigates the relationship between humans and soil and looks at monoculture, deforestation, pesticides, and mountaintop removal mining as detrimental practices. It also shows the many positive steps taken to protect and restore this  resource. It explores how humans and dirt can have a sustainable relationship and repair the damage before it's too late.
