I just wanted to drop you a line to let you know how fabulous we found the Ergobaby on our trip.  The best thing about it was that it folded and was able to fit in the stroller parcel basket - it was fantastic!  So convenient. For places where we couldn't take the stroller (Versaille, London Eye, St Pauls Basilica, Greek ruins,etc), we whipped out the Ergo and strapped it on and off we went.

After trying a number of baby carriers, many of which were not practical for newborns and were uncomfortable to use, I finally purchased the Ergo Baby Carrier. I have had my ergo carrier for over two years and it is fantastic.

With a newborn insert, it allows for a secure and comfortable carrying of the littlest of babies.  Once they have greater head control, the newborn insert can be removed and the baby can be carried either on the mother's front, side or back.  We have been using our ergo carrier to carry our children up to the age of 3 years old.

The built in zip pocket and hood have been useful features, the carrier is extremely simple and comfortable to use, causing no back or shoulder pain, and it is also machine washable. This product is highly recommended.

The thing that struck me most when I first started using the Ergo was that the reputation it had for being comfortable for hours was not just a wild claim!  For as long as your feet can take it, your body will feel fine.  It really is the most comfy baby carrier for long stints I have ever used. I only wish it had been around when I had baby number 1 back in 1991. I also love the versatility of equal comfort whether front or back wearing.
