Orders will be shipped anywhere in Australia usually within 24 to 72 hours.  You will be notified by email when your order has been despatched.  

We are happy to accept overseas orders. Please contact us to determine pricing and shipping.  

We are confident that our products are of the highest quality. However, if you are not completely satisfied with any of our products,please return them within 14 days in "as new" condition and we will be happy to honour an exchange or refund, excluding shipping. To receive a full refund returns need to be in resaleable condition, unused, unwashed and in original packaging.

Partial refunds on all other returns will be at the discretion of Tender Nest.

If you have an item that is in other than new condition please contact Tender Nest before returning the goods.

We recommend that all returns are sent via a traceable form of postage or shipping.

Flawed items will be credited at 100% of the purchase price.
